How to get to Ventotene Open Festival

Boarding for the island of Ventotene is from the port of Formia.

Formia is equidistant from Rome and Naples; trains depart from Naples and Rome for Formia (and vice versa) every sixty minutes. Near the port, both free and paid parking are available for those arriving by car.

The shipping company Laziomar offers ferry and hydrofoil services.

It is possible to disembark on the island with a car and reach your destination, but circulation is only permitted one hour after the arrival of the ferry and hydrofoils to ensure traffic flow on the very narrow streets and preserve the tranquility of the island [but everything, including the Festival venues, is reachable on foot: let's preserve the Island, leave your vehicle at home!].
